Jessica Morris has joined STSI as the new President and CEO, acquiring a majority ownership stake and moving the company into a woman-owned status. This change reflects our vision for growth, ensures management continuity, and improves our competitive position in the federal digital services market.
Jessica brings 20 years of government experience in executive and legislative branch agencies. As a former federal employee, Jessica has expertise and relationships in federal healthcare domains such as the Department of Veterans Affairs and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services – which are target growth areas for the company. She also brings capitol hill experience as a congressional and committee staffer. She most recently oversaw contracting for the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission. While providing day to day company management, Jessica will lead investments in branding, employee growth, professional development, and process improvement.
While stepping away from day-to-day headquarters management, founder and former President William Callery will help ensure a smooth transition in leadership and remain engaged as an employee and co-owner. He will continue in an executive role focused on key customer relationships and supporting delivery teams.
Ben Morris will remain a co-owner and continue to work as the Chief Delivery Officer to identify areas for strategic growth and business development.
These changes help us to embark on the next chapter for the company, providing new energy and growth for the years to come.
