This assessment and approval has been provided by National Quality Assurance (NQA), U.S.A., Accredited by ANAB (ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board).

STSI is committed to satisfying customer and related requirements, and to continual improvement of quality processes. STSI’s QMS is planned, implemented, and managed in a manner that is consistent with the ISO 9001 standard, and where applicable, with the CMMI-DEV level three framework.
To meet the expectations established by the policy, we ensure the following for each customer relationship:
Requirements are documented and understood.
On a routine and event-driven basis, the performance of services are monitored and measured against requirements and evaluated for improvement opportunities.
Customer satisfaction and corresponding trends are measured and analyzed.
All components of the Quality Management System are monitored and reviewed through the internal audit process for compliance and continual effectiveness.
Management reviews are conducted on a routine and event-driven basis and among items addressed must be a review and evaluation of internal audit findings, the effectiveness and continued relevance of quality objectives, and performance against objectives.
Identified improvement opportunities are documented, reviewed, and tracked to closure.
